Ironically, in my experience, when I immediately ask a question, the (auto-)response will still be "Hi, I'm <name>, how can I help you today?"

Ironically, in my experience, when I immediately ask a question, the (auto-)response will still be "Hi, I'm <name>, how can I help you today?"
- MichaelDickens 9y agoIt sounds like you are talking about customer support chat. The "hello" problem this article talks about is more relevant to chats between coworkers or friends.
