I have collapsed arches. Do you mean that you can rebuild them by standing barefoot?
- tomsthumb 9y agoI have definitely hear a PT use the phrase "rebuild your arches". I've just experimented a lot and done some reading. In addition do doing A LOT of your own research and experimentation, talking to someone who actually knows what they're doing would probably be helpful.
