So I just subscribed to WSJ online to read this article. Went to cancel my subscription before it renews for next month. There's no option to cancel! You have to call a US phone number. I'm from the UK. This should not be a thing in 2017.
- wodenokoto 9y agoyou can search for the article name on facebook and get free access to it.
- dbbk 9y agoDidn't know this. I'm happy to pay though, it was only £1, but making it as hard as possible to cancel is just insulting.
- MiddleEndian 9y agoThis should be illegal in my opinion. There should be a way to send a "cancel" signal to credit card subscriptions from your bank and continued billing should be considered theft.
