given the Google workaround no longer works, how can we read wsj articles now?
- dejv 9y agoI do search headline on Twitter and click on link.
- bradbatt 9y agoLinks from Facebook still work. Put this in a bookmarklet… javascript:window.location="https://www.facebook.com/l.php?u="+encodeURIComponent(window.location.href);
- slededit 9y agoGet a wsj subscription?
- xiaoma 9y agoThat solution doesn't scale to all HN users and all sites. If there's no way to access an article without paying, it's a pretty poor choice to share it here.
- slededit 9y agoIts clear users here see value in WSJ articles. To the extent that whenever it is posted someone asks how to circumvent their subscription paywall. They do good work and create articles people want to read, I don't think its fair not to suggest people actually pay for the content they consume. If these articles didn't belong here people wouldn't be upvoting them.
- revmoo 9y agoNo. How about we stick to posting publicly available content here?
