  Well, didn't realize it previously, but the following might work: 1. Earn bitcoins with some serious crime (ransomware, drugs or something) 2. Organize ICO and invest the criminal proceeds to your ICO anonymously. 3. "Clean" funds as investments to your somewhat legit-looking company.
