This happens so often to me. I'll be expecting a package one day and 8pm rolls around and I check the order status and it says 'expected delivery: tomorrow' - when I was sure the delivery was today at the time I placed the order. It makes me feel like I'm going crazy, but I'm sure there's some sort of bug during the checkout process which switches me back to two-day shipping after I've selected one-day.
