No matter what they do, no matter how bad they treat their customers, no matter how awful their "upgrades" are, no matter how non-configurable and locked-in their products get over time, no matter the lack of innovation for the past 5 years, they always get a pass. They get a pass? Really? Then why does it seem like no matter what Apple does, even if it's handing out candy to babies, hordes of people come out of the woodwork to complain about them?
