We typically use the word "cunt", since "vagina" doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely.

  If you are looking for an inclusive gender-neutral variant, "ass" is probably the best. Although I tend to avoid such language in general as it comes across as immature and detracts from an otherwise valid argument. I'm all for freedom of speech, but I'm also for inclusive language. My satirical response was really just to draw attention to that.

    "Cunt" is pretty gender-neutral. I don't think I've met a single person who uses it exclusively for men or women.

      The gender-specificity of 'cunt' seems to be exclusively a US thing.
