How does cash not do the same thing? Is it only for its locality requirement?
- lmm 9y agoCash does the same thing, though to a lesser extent as it's less convenient. But yes, cash is antisocial and mainly benefits those who are undermining society (e.g. paying "cash in hand" to help tax-evading small businesses).
