This reminds me of a tremendously unhelpful idea that keeps circling my brain: A bot that trains a neural net using code comments from a specific GitHub project. The bot then replaces all the comments in the project with those produced by the neural net, then sends in a pull request. You could also use different training data, perhaps mix in some Mills & Boon.
