I think there should be plausible deniability but I've read accounts on reddit where people were charged with possession because they received/signed for the package. I'm new to the US and not sure about how the DEA and the cops can actually pull this off without hard evidence. I may sound paranoid but I've since stopped accepting unknown packages.
