DAs not prosecuting police officers. Members of the public being biased (pro-rated police, and often anti- some race or culture). Legislators not caring. Police stations hiring officers who had to leave other locations due to being caught (but not prosecuted) doing something illegal. The system is stacked in favor of police, from top to bottom. It's an endless stream of travesties. It's enough to turn an optimist into a cynic.
