I wonder why I don't see candidates jumping up from joy when they hear about it ? Don't you want to be conveniently tracked, compared, analyzed and disposed of with a couple of clicks ? Don't you want your professional profile to be sold to the highest bidder some time in the future ? I mean, I'm sure the software brings order and ease to the hiring process, but somehow this doesn't make me feel good. It makes me nauseous ... from how insignificant and mechanical this makes us.. people treating people like data...
