- Rooster61 9y agoIt isn't, and exactly why the founder decided to make Soylent in the first place. She oversimplifies the story of how Soylent came about, but its alright as this clearly isn't meant to be a serious critique of the stuff. Half the article is poop gifs lol. Not to mention the founder DID have some gastrointestinal distress when he started (not to mention one batch that lacked a certain vitamin which caused him to get into some serious health trouble briefly).
