- sharemywin 9y agoExcept the courts override a lot. And he doesn't make any actual laws(although regulations are trouble enough half the time).
- bobwaycott 9y agoThat idea was discussed quite long ago in such terms[0], during the founding of this upstart little republic. [0] at the time, they used 'tyranny of the majority'
