Ask HN: Front-End Management Solution for AWS' IoT Thing Registry

Hi all, wondering if anyone knows about or maybe is working on a front-end/management solution for linking it to Amazon's IoT Thing Registry. So in other words, a nice front-end to manage the things. The things usually are kept in a DynamoDB. Looking for tips. Thanks!
