To continue your analogy: get Russian younger generation prepared for a STEM and then see all of them go to other countries for work.
If US companies cannot profit from diversity they would have to open offices elsewhere.
- mc32 9y agoRussian graduates would love to stay in country, but the the gov't and economy are both big turnoffs... so, while they would love to stay and contribute their "motherland" many who have the option, opt for greener pastures. It's a bit sad to see a country lose all its talent and potential due to bad economics and politics. If Russia just tried a little harder to open up, they would have the potential to be contenders. But the brain drain certainly does not help their cause.
