Not getting into "guilty until proven innocent"; all this is going to accomplish is attach a huge risk factor to women who are seeking investors making their life harder than it already is. Hell is paved with good intentions.

This is disgusting, it will get abused If YC has their head in the right place, then such abuses will be figured out, and will effectively flag the abusers. If YC doesn't have their head in the right place, you really didn't want to do business with them in the first place. Hell is paved with good intentions. In some ways, the beginning of the 21st century really isn't all that different from the beginning of the 20th or the 19th!
