Not only that, they could use behavior/data to even profile you on if you have medical issues ( illness, pregnancy, mental health issues, etc ) and fire you on the likelihood of any of these scenarios. Hell if they issue you a smartphone that you must have on you everywhere and their system picks up that you visited a cancer specialist or something like that, they could let you go. Hell I heard they might even have urinal cakes now that might predict things like early onset of diabetes, etc and if a chip with proximity sensors are put in it, it might alert HR and they could just let you go.
Companies could monitor their employee movement to see if they went to another company during lunch break for an interview. There has been such a great power shift from the masses to the elite. From the many to the few. And it will only get worse.
