IMHO the cryptocurrency movement's politics are mainly libertarian -- get government out of the way (by establishing a means of payment outside government control), so people are more free to transact with each other as they please. Social justice is almost the opposite platform -- give government more control over how resources are spent, so resources can be targeted toward disadvantaged populations.
