Ask HN: How to start blogging

Hi HN, I'm currently a software engineering student, looking forward to start a master in machine learning and with some experience as developer. I really like to read blogs and papers, and I would like to have my own blog. Often I have some ideas but I can't create posts regularly. How did you start blogging? Did you have a schedule (blog weekly maybe?)? Where do ideas come from? Thanks HN!
