Can't be done. Anything that would lower the cost of housing can't be done because rich ppl (property owners) would lose money.
- cjlars 9y agoThere's probably a natural balancing mechanism -- prices go too high, renters are outraged and are moved to action, prices go too low, owners are outraged and are moved to action. Looks like we're in the first zone right now.
