It's complicated, but it's hard to argue it's unnecessarily so. Does nobody other than my alma mater cover the concept of Coupling and Cohesion? It's not hard to argue the point on those grounds. I just kinda assumed everyone would be familiar enough with them to see that's the main thrust of systemd arguments, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
