Why not make barrier of entry easy for other/new ISPs by forcing them to share infrastructure for a fee, and then allow them to tier/price as much as they want?
- tertius 9y agoPublic ownership is where this ends up at.
- bluesign 9y agoActually with good regulations, there is not much need for public ownership (although it is the ideal in theory)
- tertius 9y agoPublic ownership leads to slow or no innovation. Please let this not happen with data infrastructure. I would argue that Congress needs to act, FCC shouldn't be in this.
