It seems like in cases where the companies aren't able to raise a round, they are probably not going to work out. At that stage, the point seems moot given the SV mantra of this being a 'a game of outliers'. Also, if there is a liquidation event, then the SAFE should convert, right? And not sure if you act as an angel or represent a fund, would you rather use convertible notes or price?
