Are these supposed founders that haven't done the basic dilution math on the funds they're raising fit to be raising funds at all?
- anotherfounder 9y agoIf you are not brought up in the tradition of SV startups, it is far harder than one can imagine. I've worked here and still get confused with the variation in terminology, requirements and preferences. I've a lot of empathy for anyone struggling with figuring this out - this information should be simpler and more accessible.
