Paragraph advice is great. I got into the habits of writing a few conversational comment lines at the top of modules and each function as a message from designer-self to implementer-self. It functions a lot like BDD, or at least my version of it, of keeping me on track for the problem I'm trying to solve at the moment and felt like it led to generally better code quality once I started doing it.
