This is disgusting behavior from Soundcloud upper management, they need to be held liable for breach of contract. How could upper management be allowing recruiting at the same time they are planning massive layoffs. Ridiculous.
- falsedan 9y agoThis is completely fine business decision-making. The only feedback that matters to people who make these sorts of decisions is money, so the only effective action to take here is: 1. contact a lawyer who specialises in workplace law & sue; 2. unionise and strike.
