Mostly minor things nowadays. I've seen so far: - a while ago pa got audio routing wrong on a new/obscure laptop, wrong audio routing as in - speakers would not turn off if you plug in headphones. That eventually got fixed with dnf upgrade and no effort on my part; - on ultrabook, pa sucks noticeable amount of battery by waking up 100 times a second (while no audio is being played).
