CS Side Project Idea: Cluster Evernote Doc Based on Similarity

I'd love to be able to input an Evernote document full of ideas or notes, separated by \n\n, and have it clustered by similarity. Is there an easy way to do this that would take less than an hr of setup? If not, if anyone is looking for a project idea for a CS class, consider me a customer of this :)
