You can probably extrapolate this to any work truck made between 1995 and 1997. You'd be lucky to find a tape deck, power windows, or A/C in any truck from that period. They're also very simple to work on. My old C1500 from that period had an engine bay that I could lay down in. This sort of implies that they wouldn't generate a lot of repairs. Crate transmissions for m that truck ran about $2000 for a remanufactured one. For my current truck it's more like $4000.
