  And that's often one of the biggest considerations you should make when switching jobs. Your current coworkers will be by far your best job connections in he future, so do them well by leaving gracefully.

  Fully agree, that has been my motto since I went through a few companies that decided to fire people at random. The loyat is to the fellow team mates, those are the friends that may even work with us across several companies. Now the company itself, it is good if we can say that we feel proud to work at company X, but that is about it.
