If leaders of any country are for some reason not happy that many of their nation's tech companies are founded by immigrants, they should probably be unhappy with themselves for not doing more to allow nationals to acquire the necessary skills and education to succeed. Keeping out foreign talent doesn't make your own people any smarter.
