Similar rulings exist for Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Washington state. Hopefully the remaining circuit courts (most notably, the 2nd circuit which includes New York, Connecticut, and Vermont) will have similar rulings if the issue ever arises in those states.
