Your definition of order is not the standard one!
Usually one would have:
zerothOrderFunction :: a
firstOrderFunction :: a -> b
firstOrderFunction' :: a -> (b -> c)
SecondOrderFunction :: (a -> b) -> c
After all, the functions firstOrderFunction and firstOrderFunction' are the same up to currying.
