Just in case you are not aware, Let's Encrypt does support the DNS TXT method as well. I use the acme.sh client (https://github.com/Neilpang/acme.sh https://github.com/Neilpang/acme.sh) for updating certs for a site on a managed platform, using the DNS verification method.
