As much as I'm frustrated with Gmail's spam filtering (I also use a personal email server, and it's annoying to get my personal email filtered by Gmail), I absolutely loathe seeing that tracking information in links, even if it's from a mailing list I specifically subscribed to. Often times they're newsletters that are also available on the web. I'd rather just go to ddg to search for the web version to read.
