I'm not surprised they are not doing well. I dont wish them bad things dont get me wrong but if you are an active user of their service (like I am) and a developer then you're bound to ask the question once in a while "so what is their dev team doing exactly?" because it doesn't seem like much at all. They really need to invest into building a more compelling product, there are some amazing scenarios they can tackle here but they seem to have no interest in it or maybe funding to pull it off.
