The smallest thing can inspire another, so yeah, that voice should be included too. Include kids! Or experiences when kids! This is not up to you. It is not your project. "woman and man" are inclusive enough, because they cover 100% born people. You can have an even more sensitive (not inclusive because 100% is the limit) approach but it is a matter of taste, nobody is entitled to be lecturing people about how should they approach their customers.
