So FreeBSD should keep shipping rlogin in the default install to support people who might be installing an OS for which the last major version was released in 1998 and the last minor update was in 2005? Man, nerds really like to "Well, actually..."

  It's how I interpreted the comment I initially responded to, but I guess it could have just been an "I remember old computer things, let me tell you about it." I have those moments sometimes, too.
