Funny you say that. I get Home Chef delivered at least twice a month now after converting from Blue Apron as well, and I've been doing for long enough now that it feels like I can detect the pattern to their recipes. Always a chicken breast dish with some sort of sauce/coating and vegetable side... some form of meat in lettuce wraps... pork medallions in some kind of sauce with vegetables... Not to say I'm not a fan, but there are definitely patters I'm starting to notice with Home Chef's offerings.
