Rebol/Red's VID (Visual Interface Dialect) is a DSL which did achieve it's objective - http://rebol.com/docs/easy-vid.html http://rebol.com/docs/easy-vid.html And another success is the Parse dialect which I use daily and comes baked-in with Rebol / Red - http://www.rebol.com/docs/core23/rebolcore-15.html http://www.rebol.com/docs/core23/rebolcore-15.html Rebol / Red is an excellent language for creating DSL's (Dialects) and there are plenty of examples in the wild (I've seen Rebol dialects for creating PDF's, Excel spreadsheets, Scheduling tasks, etc)
