It's so hard for me personally. It can be really discouraging knowing your idea is good but you can't get any buy in. I have to stop and think, and ask myself "is it worth it for me to jump on my sword for this?" Often times the answer is no.
- wheelerwj 9y agoMore people struggle with this than you think. Leadership IS hard. If you are having a hard time with this, take a step back, instead of telling people what you think would be better, ask what they think would be better. It's easier to get people to put time into something they already believe in rather than a whole new idea.
