- time_traveler 9y agoLiving on the beach is overrated + I really hated my time in south east asia. A lack of intellectually curious locals + too much 3rd world bs to deal with. I'm rather poor in an overpriced first world city with a good community than rich in a 3rd world country, but that's just me.
