'circuits search by what I have in my toolbox'

There are many "what meals can I make with x ingredients" recipe tools, I was curious if anyone knows of something similar for electronic components (i.e. if someone has some assorted components they can enter their values on a list and then see various circuits they can make). Anyway I thought it would be cool if there was a tool like that, so if anyone knows of one I would appreciate a link.
