THAT's the history they chose? 8 points in the history of programming, and one of them is Minecraft? Wow. It looks like they wanted to focus on the accomplishments of women, and as a father of a girl I admire that, but come on. A picture of Ada and a mention of Babbage but nothing about the foundations of logic? The creator of C++ but not the creators of C, Fortran, Lisp, or even BASIC? OOP but not functioanl. Nothing about punch cards or assembly. No Unix, no databases, no mainframes, no mobile, no cloud. Disappointing article.
