Can you have sleep apnea without it being loud and disruptive? My partner knows of sleep apnea (her father has it), but she doesn't think I have it. (also, I don't snore or gasp while breathing) The only thing I know I have is some form of restless leg syndrome. Often I go to sleep without symptoms that I can feel (thank god, it's terrible), but apparently I kick a lot in my sleep like a dog.
