While you are generally correct, parody is a pretty strong part of the fair-use doctrine. Regardless, it appears that Zillow itself doesn't even own the copyright for many (possibly all?) the images, making this topic of fair-use moot to begin with. Either way, I am not a lawyer and my understanding, ultimately, is limited.
