- davidf18 9y agoHe Is perhaps the most famous real estate developer worth billions with a lot of holdings in Manhattan. While a lot of Democrats claim to hate him, they are usually the ones on city council that pass these rent-seeking laws that are a regressive tax that gives Trump huge sums of money at the expense of working people.
