Just looked in my mail box. The first e-mail I have related to bitcoin also dates from 2011, when I signed up for a bitcoin.cz account (back then, it was a pooled miner). I cashed out the few coins that I had a few years later. Articles like these make me feel kind of annoyed that I didn't keep a closer eye on the whole thing or invested a bit more (I didn't think that the value would explode at all back then).
